Listen to the sound of my cry for help, my King and my God, for I pray to you.

I am up before dawn, crying for help— I put my hope in Your word.

Will Your wonders be known in the darkness? Your righteousness in the land of oblivion?

Very early, while it was still night, Yeshua got up, left, and went away to a place in the wilderness; and there He was praying.

My soul waits for my Lord, more than watchmen for the morning, watchmen for the morning.

As for me, I will call on God, and Adonai will save me.

My soul longs for You at night, yes, my spirit within me seeks You. For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.

Do not let floodwaters sweep over me, nor the deep swallow me up, nor the Pit shut its mouth over me.

My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? Distant from my salvation are the words of my groaning.

They caused the cry of the poor to come before Him, so that He hears the cry of the afflicted.

You are my King, O God— command victories for Jacob!

Yet God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the land.

Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young —near Your altars, Adonai-Tzva’ot— my King and my God!

Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the sound of my supplications.

A psalm of praise. Of David. I will exalt You, my God, the King, and I will bless Your Name forever and ever.

You heard my voice, “Do not close Your ears to my cry for relief.”
