From Adonai a man’s steps are made firm, when He delights in his way.
The heart of man plans his course, but Adonai directs his steps.
Direct my footsteps in Your word, and let no iniquity get mastery over me.
Clear a level path for your feet, so all your ways will be firm.
I waited patiently for Adonai. He bent down to me and heard my cry.
Adonai will watch over your coming and your going from this time forth and forevermore.
He guards the steps of His godly ones, but the wicked are silenced in darkness. For one does not prevail by might.
Yes, Adonai will give what is good, and our land will yield its produce.
I know, Adonai, that a man’s way is not his own, nor does man, as he walks, direct his steps.
He will not let your foot slip. Your Keeper will not slumber.
My steps have kept on Your paths. My feet have not slipped.

Oh that my ways were steadfast to observe Your decrees!
Dishonest scales are an abomination to Adonai, but an accurate weight is His delight.
Do not neglect doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Perverse hearts are an abomination to Adonai. His favor is on those blameless in their ways.
So now, rise up early in the morning, you and the servants of your lord that came with you, and as soon you rise, early in the morning, once there is light, leave.”
He brought me up out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire. Then He set my feet on a rock. He made my steps firm.
