My times are in Your hands. Deliver me from the hands of my foes and from those who pursue me.

The Lord our God is compassionate and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against Him.
For to Moses He says, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”
And what if He did so to make known the riches of His glory on vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory?
