who gives salvation to kings, who rescues Your servant David from the evil sword.
Now Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Aram, was a great man in his master’s sight and highly esteemed, because through him Adonai had given victory to Aram. Though the man was a mighty man of valor, he had tza'arat.
For Your servant David’s sake do not turn away the face of Your anointed.
I said to Adonai: “You are my God!” Hear, Adonai, the sound of my supplications.
God my Lord, the strength of my deliverance, You shield my head in the day of battle.
Therefore I praise You among the nations, Adonai, and sing praises to Your Name.
