Better to hear a rebuke from the wise than to listen to the song of fools.

Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline. Therefore, be zealous and repent.

Do good, Adonai, to the good, and to those upright in their hearts.

For You would not delight in sacrifice, or I would give it, nor be pleased by burnt offerings.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You have anointed my head with oil, my cup overflows.

But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

Plans fail when there is no counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.

“You are not to hate your brother in your heart. Instead, you are to firmly rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.

Whoever loves knowledge loves correction, but whoever hates reproof is stupid.
