Do not let your heart turn to her ways or stray onto her paths.

I have strayed like a lost sheep— seek Your servant. For I did not forget Your mitzvot.

He will die for lack of discipline, led astray by his own great folly.

Keep your path far from her and do not go near the door of her house—

Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyelids.

For many are the victims she has brought down, and numerous are all her slain.

calling to those who pass by, who go straight on their way:

We all like sheep have gone astray. Each of us turned to his own way. So Adonai has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

But I tell you that everyone who looks upon a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
