Simon replied, “I suppose the one who had the bigger debt canceled.” “You have judged correctly,” Yeshua said.
And the master of that slave, filled with compassion, released him and forgave him the debt.
When Yeshua saw that he had answered wisely, He said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And no one dared any longer to question Him.
Now while they were traveling, Yeshua entered a certain village; and a woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house.
When neither could repay him, he canceled both debts. So which of them will love him more?”
Turning toward the woman, He said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, and you didn’t give Me water for My feet. But she has drenched My feet with tears and wiped them with her hair.
For this reason I tell you, her sins, which are many, have been forgiven—for she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little.
