Just then, some people brought to Him a paralyzed man lying on a cot. And seeing their faith, Yeshua said to the paralyzed man, “Take courage, son! Your sins are forgiven.”

For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’?

Which is easier, to say to the paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, and take your mat and walk’?

Yeshua, knowing their thoughts, replied to them, “Why are you raising questions in your hearts?

But so you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to pardon sins….” He said to the paralyzed one, “I tell you, get up and take your cot, and go home!”

He then said to her, “Your sins have been forgiven.”
