For all these put in their gifts from their surplus. But she, out of her poverty, put in all she had to live on.”

and the younger of them said to the father, ‘Father, give me the share of the property that comes to me.’ So he divided his wealth between them.

No one among them was needy, for all who were owners of lands or houses would sell them and bring the proceeds

And there was a woman with a blood flow for twelve years, who could not be healed by anyone.

For they all put in from their surplus; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything she had, her whole living.”

And He said, “Truly I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all the rest.

For if the eagerness is present, the gift is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he doesn’t have.
