which Adonai commanded Moses at Mount Sinai, on the day He commanded Bnei-Yisrael to present their offerings to Adonai, in the wilderness of Sinai.

These are the statutes, ordinances and laws, which Adonai made between Himself and Bnei-Yisrael at Mount Sinai by Moses.

These are the mitzvot which Adonai commanded Moses for Bnei-Yisrael on Mount Sinai.

Then Adonai spoke to Moses, saying:

“See, just as Adonai my God commanded me, I have taught you statutes and ordinances to do in the land that you are about to enter to possess.
