Yeshua spoke these things; then, lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, so the Son may glorify You.

A Song of Ascents. To You I lift up my eyes— You enthroned in the heavens.

Like a swallow or a crane, I whisper, I moan like a dove. My eyes are weary, looking upward. Adonai, I am oppressed, be my security!

And He comes the third time and says to them, “Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? Enough! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is being delivered into the hands of sinners.

Every day I was with you in the Temple, yet you did not lay a finger on Me. But this is yours—the hour and the power of darkness.”

When Yeshua heard this, He said, “This sickness will not end in death. It is for God’s glory, so that Ben-Elohim may be glorified through it.”

So they rolled away the stone. Yeshua lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard Me.

Yeshua answers them, saying, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified!

Now it was just before the feast of Passover. Yeshua knew that His hour had come to depart from this world to the Father. Having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them until the end.

Look, the hour is coming—indeed has come—when you will be scattered, each to his own, and you will abandon Me. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.

Then they were trying to seize Him; but no one laid a hand on Him, because His hour had not yet come.

Now He said this about the Ruach, whom those who trusted in Him were going to receive; for the Ruach was not yet given, since Yeshua was not yet glorified.

He spoke these words in the treasury while teaching in the Temple, but no one arrested Him because His hour had not yet come.

The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His Servant Yeshua—the One you handed over and disowned before Pilate, though he had decided to release Him.

Through Him you are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your trust and hope are in God.
