[footnote: Some manuscripts add verse 11: For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost;]
just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him.
“Do not think that I will accuse you before the Father. The one who accuses you is Moses, in whom you have put your hope.
I have much to say and judge about you. But the One who sent Me is true, and I tell the world what I heard from Him.”

We have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son as Savior of the world.
