my transgression will be sealed in a bundle and cover over my iniquity.

Is it not stored up with Me, sealed up in My treasuries?

Ephraim is bound by iniquity; his sin is treasured up.

You say, ‘God stores up the punishment for his children.’ Let Him repay the wicked so he may know it!

For their vine is from the vine of Sodom and from the terraces of Gomorrah. Its grapes are grapes of poison— bitter clusters on it.

“Yet as a mountain falls away and crumbles and a rock is moved from its place,

‘I am pure, without transgression; I am innocent, without iniquity.

Even though you wash with lye and use an abundance of soap, the stain of your iniquity is before Me.” It is a declaration of the Lord Adonai.

I signed and sealed the deed, called in witnesses, and weighed the money on the scales.

Even if I were innocent, my mouth would condemn me. If I were guiltless, it will declare me perverse.

then You would plunge me into a pit and my own clothes would detest me.
