When Esau was 40 years old, he took as wife Judith the daughter of Be-eri the Hittite, and Basemath the daughter of Elon the Hittite.

and Oholibamah bore Jeush, Jalam and Korah. These were Esau’s sons, who were born to him in the land of Canaan.

Do not take their daughters for your sons, for their daughters will prostitute themselves with their own gods, and cause your sons to prostitute themselves with their gods.

But because of much immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.

Also see to it that there is no immoral or godless person—like Esau, who sold his birthright for one meal.
