Then I, Daniel, looked and behold, two others stood there, one on this bank of the river and the one on the other bank of the river.
“Then behold, a hand touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees.
Then behold, one who resembled a human touched my lips. I opened my mouth and spoke, and said to him that stood before me, ‘O my Lord because of the vision, anguish has overcome me and I have no strength.
But you, Daniel, close up the words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will run back and forth and knowledge will increase.’
One said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long until the end of the wondrous things?”
