then your heart will be haughty and you will forget Adonai your God. He brought you out from the land of Egypt, from the house of slavery.

But let the brother in humble circumstances boast in his high position—

But He gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

So Abimelech came to the tower and fought against it, and approached the door of the tower to burn it with fire.
