And many of the people there believed in him.
Therefore many of the Jews who had come to Mary, and had seen what Jesus did, believed in him.
Nevertheless, many even among the rulers believed in him, but because of the Pharisees they would not confess it, so that they would not be put out of the synagogue.
While Jesus was in Jerusalem during the feast of the Passover, many believed in his name because they saw the signs he was doing.
Now many of the Samaritans from that town believed in Jesus because of the woman's testimony: “He told me everything I have ever done.”
And many more believed because of his word.
Still, many from among the crowd believed in him and said, “When the Christ comes, will he do more signs than this man has done?”
As he was saying these things, many believed in him.
