After leaving the room, they began saying to one another, “This man is doing nothing that deserves death or imprisonment.”
Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no fault in this man.”
I discovered that he was being accused about questions of their own law, but had no accusation against him that deserved death or imprisonment.
