To You, stillness, praise, in Tsiyon, O Elohim; And to You a vow is paid.
And Dawiḏ dwelt in the stronghold, so they called it the City of Dawiḏ.
And it came to be, as the ark of the covenant of יהוה came to the City of Dawiḏ, that Miḵal the daughter of Sha’ul, looking through a window, saw Sovereign Dawiḏ dancing and playing. And she despised him in her heart.
Be exalted, O יהוה, in Your strength! We sing and we praise Your might.
On me, O Elohim, are Your vows; I render praises to You,
My being finds rest in Elohim alone; From Him is my deliverance.
Make vows to יהוה your Elohim, and pay them. Let all who are around Him bring presents To the One to be feared.
And His booth is in Shalĕm, And His dwelling place in Tsiyon.
