“Whoever then humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the reign of the heavens.

“But it shall not be so among you, but whoever wishes to become great among you, let him be your servant.

even as the Son of Aḏam did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

“But not so with you, but let him who is greatest among you be as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves.

I am a debtor both to Greeks and to foreigners, both to wise and to foolish.

For I reckon that I am not inferior to the most eminent emissaries.

And I shall most gladly spend and be spent for your lives. If I love you more and more, am I to be loved less?

For we do not proclaim ourselves, but Messiah יהושע the Master, and ourselves your servants for the sake of יהושע.
