and Yanim, and Bĕyth Tappuwaḥ, and Aphĕqah,
and Zanowaḥ, and Ěn Gannim, Tappuwaḥ and Ěnam,
Araḇ, and Dumah, and Esh‛an,
and Ḥumtah, and Qiryath Arba, that is Ḥeḇron, and Tsi‛or – nine cities with their villages.
The land of Tappuwaḥ belonged to Menashsheh, but Tappuwaḥ on the border of Menashsheh belonged to the children of Ephrayim.
Thus the word of Shemu’ĕl was to all Yisra’ĕl. And Yisra’ĕl went out to battle against the Philistines, and encamped beside Eḇen Ha‛ĕzer, while the Philistines encamped in Aphĕq.
