And it came to be, at the end of forty days, that Noaḥ opened the window of the ark which he had made,

Then he sent out a dove from him, to see if the waters had receded from the face of the ground.

“And it shall be that you drink from the stream, and I shall command the ravens to feed you there.”

And the ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning, and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the stream.

Who provides food for the raven, when its young ones cry to Ěl, and wander about without food?

Giving to the beast its food, To the young ravens that cry.
