And Yereḏ lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and brought forth Ḥanoḵ.

And Qayin knew his wife, and she conceived and bore Ḥanoḵ. And he built a city, and called the name of the city after the name of his son, Ḥanoḵ.

So all the days of Mahalal’ĕl were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and he died.

And after he brought forth Ḥanoḵ, Yereḏ lived eight hundred years, and brought forth sons and daughters.

of Methushelaḥ, of Ḥanoḵ, of Yereḏ, of Mahalalĕl, of Qĕynan,

And when he saw the vision, immediately we sought to go to Makedonia, concluding that the Master had called us to bring the Good News to them.
