In the eighteenth year of Sovereign Yaroḇ‛am, Aḇiyah began to reign over Yehuḏah.
And after her he took Ma‛aḵah the granddaughter of Aḇshalom. And she bore him Aḇiyah, and Attai, and Ziza, and Shelomith.
And the acts of Reḥaḇ‛am, the first and the last, are they not written in the book of Shemayah the prophet, and of Iddo the seer concerning genealogies? And there was fighting between Reḥaḇ‛am and Yaroḇ‛am all the days.
So Reḥaḇ‛am slept with his fathers, and was buried in the City of Dawiḏ. And Aḇiyah his son reigned in his place.
