The sons of Perets: Ḥetsron and Ḥamul.
And the sons of Yehuḏah: Ěr, and Onan, and Shĕlah, and Perets, and Zeraḥ – but Ěr and Onan died in the land of Kena‛an. And the sons of Perets were Ḥetsron and Ḥamul.
And Tamar, his daughter-in-law, bore him Perets and Zeraḥ. All the sons of Yehuḏah were five.
And the sons of Zeraḥ: Zimri, and Ěythan, and Hĕman, and Kalkol, and Dara, five of them in all.

And Yehuḏah brought forth Perets and Zeraḥ by Tamar, and Perets brought forth Ḥetsron, and Ḥetsron brought forth Ram.
