Let my prayer come before You, Incline Your ear to my cry.
“If anyone sins against his neighbour, and he has lifted up an oath on him, to cause him to swear, and comes and swears before Your altar in this House,

Incline Your ear to me, Deliver me speedily; Be a rock of refuge to me, A house of defence to save me.
Let the groaning of the prisoner come before You. According to the greatness of Your arm Preserve those appointed to death.
Show favour to me, O יהוה, For I cry to You all day long.
Also, when I cry and shout, He shuts out my prayer.
