You have given him the desire of his heart, And You have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah.

And my eye looks upon my enemies; My ears hear the evil-doers Who rise up against me.

Therefore He is also able to save completely those who draw near to Elohim through Him, ever living to make intercession for them.
