The heavens are proclaiming the esteem of Ě
then He saw wisdom and declared it; He prepared it and also searched it out.
The heavens are the heavens of יהוה ; But He has given the earth to the children of men.
By the Word of יהוה the heavens were made, And all their host by the Spirit of His mouth,
Then the heavens declared His righteousness, For Elohim Himself is Judge. Selah.
For I see Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have established.
