For with You I run against a band, And with my Elohim I leap over a wall.
“For with You I run against a band, With my Elohim I leap over a wall.
And Dawiḏ
when His lamp shone on my head, when I walked in the dark by His light;
Blessed be יהוה my Rock, Who is teaching my hands for fighting, My fingers for battle;
Who gives deliverance to sovereigns, Who rescues Dawiḏ
יהוה is my light and my deliverance; Whom should I fear? יהוה is the refuge of my life; Whom should I dread?
But by the favour of Elohim I am what I am, and His favour toward me was not in vain, but I laboured much more than they all, yet not I, but the favour of Elohim with me.
Having stripped the principalities and the authorities, He made a public display of them, having prevailed over them in it.
“To him who overcomes I shall give to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
