Though יהוה  is exalted, He looks on the humble; But the proud He perceives from a distance.

For thus declares the high and exalted One who dwells forever, whose Name is set-apart, “I dwell in the high and set-apart place, with him who has a bruised and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of bruised ones.

He certainly scoffs the scoffers, But gives favour to the humble.

But He gives greater favour. Because of this He says, “Elohim resists the proud, but gives favour to the humble.”

“And all these My hand have made, and all these that exist,” declares יהוה. “Yet to such a one I look: on him who is poor and bruised of spirit, and who trembles at My Word.

“For everyone who is exalting himself shall be humbled, and he who is humbling himself shall be exalted.”

who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Master and from the esteem of His strength,

“I say to you, this man went down to his house declared right, rather than the other. For everyone who is exalting himself shall be humbled, and he who is humbling himself shall be exalted.”

“Because He looked on the humiliation of His female servant. For look, from now on all generations shall call me blessed.

The slaughterings of Elohim are a broken spirit, A heart broken and crushed, O Elohim, These You do not despise.

And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the pride of men shall be brought low. And יהוה  alone shall be exalted in that day,

The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, the pride of men shall be bowed down, and יהוה  alone shall be exalted in that day.

You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought from afar.

“He shall then also say to those on the left hand, ‘Go away from Me, accursed ones, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his messengers –

“Now I know that יהוה  is greater than all the mighty ones, indeed in the matter in which they acted proudly, above them.”
