And these are the heads of the province who dwelt in Yerushalayim, but in the cities of Yehuḏ

And He causes the hungry to dwell there, And they build a city to settle in,

They wandered in a wilderness, in a desert way; They found no city to dwell in.

To Him who led His people through the wilderness, For His kindness is everlasting;

You did lead Your people like a flock By the hand of Mosheh and Aharon.

Then made His own people go forth like sheep, And led them in the wilderness like a flock.

and your ears hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the Way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right, or whenever you turn to the left.

And My people shall dwell in a home of peace, and in safe dwellings, and in undisturbed resting places,

Thus said יהוה, your Redeemer, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕ

“With weeping they shall come, and with their prayers I bring them. I shall make them walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they do not stumble. For I shall be a Father to Yisra’ĕ

Thus said יהוה, “Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; and find rest for yourselves. But they said, ‘We do not walk in it.’

Whether two days, or a month, or a year that the cloud lingered above the Dwelling Place to dwell upon it, the children of Yisra’ĕ

But now they long for a better place, that is, a heavenly. Therefore Elohim is not ashamed to be called their Elohim, for He has prepared a city for them.

But you have drawn near to Mount Tsiyon and to the city of the living Elohim, to the heavenly Yerushalayim, to myriads of messengers,

having left the right way they went astray, having followed the way of Bilʽ

For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the set-apart command delivered unto them.
