Beside the gates, leading to the city, At the entrances, she shouts:
When I went out to the gate by the city, to take my seat in the open square,
At the head of the noisy streets she cries out, At the openings of the gates, In the city she speaks her words:
“O men, I call, to you, And my voice is to the sons of men.
‘Therefore go into the street corners, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding feast.’
