Give instruction to a wise one, and he is wiser still; Teach a righteous one, and he increases in learning.

A poor and wise youth is better than an old and foolish sovereign who no longer knows how to take warning.

“The Pharisee stood and began to pray with himself this way, ‘Elohim, I thank You that I am not like the rest of men, swindlers, unrighteous, adulterers, or even as this tax collector.

For if anyone thinks himself to be somebody, when he is not, he deceives himself.
