He who troubles his own house inherits wind, And the fool is servant to the wise of heart.
And Yaʽ
The evil ones shall bow before the good, And the wrong ones at the gates of the righteous.
He who is greedy for gain, troubles his own house, But he who hates bribes lives.
And this too is a grievous evil – exactly as he came, so he goes. And what gain has he since he toiled for the wind?
“For they sow the wind, and reap the whirlwind. The stalk has no bud, it yields no grain. If it does yield, strangers swallow it up.
“And now, know and see what you should do, for evil has been resolved against our master, and against all his household, and he is too much of a son of Beliyaʽ
And the name of the man was Naḇ
And it came to be in about ten days, that יהוה smote Naḇ
