“Because the Amalĕ
And it came to be, whenever Yisra’ĕ
Geḇ
And it came to be, when Dawiḏ
And he gathered an army and smote the Amalĕ
He then looked on Amalĕ
So the Amalĕ
“Since the Amalĕ
and I say: I am bringing you up out of the affliction of Mitsrayim to the land of the Kenaʽ
“And I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Mitsrites, and to bring them up from that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Kenaʽ
And they turned back and came to Ě
And Mosheh sent them to spy out the land of Kenaʽ
And Kalĕ
And it came to be, when all the sovereigns of the Amorites who were beyond the Yardĕ
And it came to be, when all the sovereigns who were beyond the Yardĕ
So the five sovereigns of the Amorites – the sovereign of Yerushalayim, the sovereign of Ḥ
And the men of Giḇ
And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Yisra’ĕ
“When יהוה your Elohim brings you into the land which you go to possess, He shall also clear away many nations before you: the Ḥ
but you shall certainly put them under the ban: the Ḥ
And Yehoshua said, “By this you shall know that the living Ě
Thus the children of Yisra’ĕ
And Dawiḏ
and found his heart trustworthy before You, and made a covenant with him to give the land of the Kenaʽ
