“But show kindness to the sons of Barzillai the Gilʽ

And it came to be, when Dawiḏ

and Qots brought forth Anuḇ

sons of Delayah, sons of Toḇ

These sought their register among those who were counted by genealogy, but it was not found, so they were barred from the priesthood as defiled.

And next to them Merĕ
