And the first inhabitants who were in their possessions in their cities of Yisra’ĕ
He built the Upper Gate of the House of יהוה, and he built much on the wall of Ophel.
The Nethinim: sons of Tsiḥ
Now the Nethinim dwelt in Ophel as far as opposite the Water Gate toward the east, and on the projecting tower.
After him Malkiyah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs as far as the house of the Nethinim and of the merchants, opposite the Miphqaḏ
