Mosheh then told Aharon all the words of יהוה  who had sent him, and all the signs which He had commanded him.

but declared first to those in Damascus and in Yerushalayim, and in all the country of Yehuḏ

And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were set apart, but you were declared right in the Name of the Master יהושע  and by the Spirit of our Elohim.
