And she went out and said to her mother, “What shall I ask?” And she said, “The head of Yoḥ
And Yonaḏ
if the men of my tent did not say, ‘Who is there that has not been satisfied with his meat?’
When evil-doers come against me To eat up my flesh, My adversaries and my enemies, They shall stumble and fall.
The wrong plots against the righteous, And gnashes his teeth at him.
The wrong have drawn the sword And have bent their bow, To cause the poor and needy to fall, To slay those who walk straightly.
And she, being urged on by her mother, said, “Give me here the head of Yoḥ
And in those days Yoḥ
And he swore to her, “Whatever you ask me, I shall give you, up to half of my reign.”
And coming in immediately with haste to the sovereign she asked, saying, “I wish that you give me at once the head of Yoḥ
