And they were giving Him wine mixed with myrrh to drink, but He did not take it.

they gave Him wine mixed with bile to drink. And after tasting, He would not drink it.

And the soldiers were mocking Him too, coming and offering Him sour wine,

for I say to you, I shall certainly not drink of the fruit of the vine until the reign of Elohim comes.”

“Truly, I say to you, I shall certainly no more drink of the fruit of the vine till that day when I drink it anew in the reign of Elohim.”

And the taught ones did as יהושע had ordered them, and prepared the Passover.

And they gave me gall for my food, And for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
