“Look at the birds of the heaven, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into storehouses, yet your heavenly Father does feed them. Are you not worth more than they?

“And he was reasoning within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, because I have no room to store my crops?’

then say to myself, “Life, you have many goods laid up for many years, take your ease, eat, drink, rejoice.” ’

“So is he who is storing up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward Elohim.”

“Look at the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor granary, and Elohim feeds them. How much more valuable are you than the birds?

“And he would not for a while, but afterward he said within himself, ‘Even if I do not fear Elohim nor regard man,

And the Master said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge said.

This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but it is earthly, unspiritual, demonic.

Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow, let us go to such and such a city, spend a year there, and trade, and make a profit,”

instead of your saying, “If the Master desires, we shall live and do this or that.”
