and shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and slaughter it in front of the Tent of Meeting, and the sons of Aharon shall sprinkle its blood on the altar round about.

We all, like sheep, went astray, each one of us has turned to his own way. And יהוה  has laid on Him the crookedness of us all.

‘And he shall slaughter it on the north side of the altar before יהוה. And the sons of Aharon, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood on the altar all around.

‘And he shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.

‘And he shall slaughter the bull before יהוה. And the sons of Aharon, the priests, shall bring the blood and sprinkle the blood all around on the altar which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

‘And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before יהוה, and the bull shall be slaughtered before יהוה.

‘And he shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and slaughter it at the place where they slaughter the burnt offering before יהוה. It is a sin offering.

and he shall bring the bull to the door of the Tent of Meeting before יהוה, and shall lay his hand on the bull’s head, and slaughter the bull before יהוה.

and see, a voice out of the heavens, saying, “This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I did delight.”

that is, that Elohim was in Messiah restoring the world to favour unto Himself, not reckoning their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of restoration to favour.

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of Elohim.

Because through Him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.

in whom we have boldness and access, with reliance, through belief in Him.

who Himself bore our sins in His body on the timber, so that we, having died to sins, might live unto righteousness – by whose stripes you were healed.
