‘And now, יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕ
“And I, I have given to you one portion above your brothers, which I took from the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with my bow.”
and see, they are repaying us by coming in to drive us out of Your possession which You have given us to inherit.
And it came to be, when all the sovereigns of the Amorites who were beyond the Yardĕ
‘Thus they took possession of all the border of the Amorites, from Arnon to the Yabboq and from the wilderness to the Yardĕ
‘Whatever Kemosh your mighty one gives you to possess, do you not possess it? And all that which יהוה our Elohim takes possession of before us, we possess.
