“Be strong, and let us show strength for our people and for the cities of our Elohim, and let יהוה do what is good in His eyes.”
And Dawiḏ
“But if He says thus, ‘I have not delighted in you,’ here I am, let Him do to me as seems good in His eyes.”
And the heart of Dawiḏ
He sings to men and says, ‘I have sinned, and I have perverted what was right, and it did not profit me.’
He who hides his transgressions does not prosper, But he who confesses and forsakes them finds compassion.
O יהוה, in distress they shall visit You, they shall pour out a prayer when Your disciplining is upon them.
“So I said, ‘I have been driven away from Your eyes. Would I ever look again toward Your set-apart Hĕ
“Who knows whether Elohim does turn and relent, and shall turn away from the heat of His displeasure, so that we do not perish?”
“And now, see, we are in your hands. Do with us as it seems good and right to do to us.”
“And they cried out to יהוה, and said, ‘We have sinned, because we have forsaken יהוה and served the Baʽ
And Shemu’ĕ
And they gathered to Mitspah and drew water, and poured it out before יהוה. And they fasted that day, and said there, “We have sinned against יהוה.” And Shemu’ĕ
