“Take for yourselves twelve men from the people, one man from every tribe,

“And now, take for yourselves twelve men from the tribes of Yisra’ĕ

And Ě

“And the matter was good in my eyes, so I took twelve of your men, one man from each tribe.

“And take one leader of every tribe to divide the land for the inheritance.

“Send men to spy out the land of Kenaʽ

and command them, saying, ‘Take for yourselves twelve stones from here, out of the midst of the Yardĕ
