And the men of Ai smote about thirty-six men, for they pursued them from before the gate as far as Sheḇ
But the children of Yisra’ĕ
And these became examples for us, so that we should not lust after evil, as those indeed lusted.
Then Yehoshua, and all Yisra’ĕ
And he brought his household by men, and Aḵ
and having reduced to ashes the cities of Seḏ
And Mosheh said to Aharon, and to Elʽ
Then the children of Re’uḇ
and they forsook the House of יהוה Elohim of their fathers, and served the Ashĕ
Your wrong is for a man like yourself, and your righteousness for a son of man.
