I found out that he was accused concerning questions of their Torah, but there was no charge against him deserving death or chains.

“Are you not the Mitsrite who some time ago stirred up a revolt and led the four thousand assassins out into the wilderness?”

יהושע  answered, “You would possess no authority against Me if it were not given you from above. Because of this, he who delivered Me to you has greater sin.”

So when the chief priests and officers saw Him, they shouted, saying, “Impale! Impale!” Pilate said to them, “You take Him and impale Him, for I find no guilt in Him.”

Then they led יהושע  from Qayapha to the palace, and it was early. And they themselves did not go into the palace, lest they should be defiled, but that they might eat the Passover.

And he spoke before his brothers and the army of Shomeron, and said, “What are these feeble Yehuḏ

let it be known to the sovereign that the Yehuḏ

יהושע  answered him, “Do you say this from yourself, or did others talk to you about Me?”

יהושע  answered, “My reign is not of this world. If My reign were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Yehuḏ
