which the wise declare, and have not hidden from their fathers,
Both the grey-haired and the aged are among us, much older than your father.
Let me show you – hear me – and this I have seen and declare,
to them alone the land was given, and no stranger passed over into their midst:
You have known this of old, since man was placed on earth,
Indeed, please ask the former generation, and prepare for the research of their fathers,
And also when I am old and grey, O Elohim, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to a generation, Your might to all those who are to come.
“The living, the living – he is praising You, as I do this day. A father makes known Your truth to his children.
