“Look, my eye has seen it all, my ear has heard and understood it.

how much less one who is loathsome and corrupt, drinking unrighteousness like water!

which the wise declare, and have not hidden from their fathers,

“And yet, O Iyoḇ

“Hear my words, you wise men; give ear to me, you who have knowledge.

“Bear with me a little, and let me show you there is still more to say for Elohim.

Look, this we have searched out, it is so. Hear it, and know for yourself.”
