For a dream comes through the greatness of the task, and a fool’s voice is known by his many words.
Therefore the wise keep silent at that time, for it is an evil time.
Then these three men ceased to answer Iyoḇ
“How long would you grieve my life, and crush me with words?
“When do you put an end to words? Understand, and let us then talk.
Is there an end to words of wind? Or what provokes you that you answer?

Please hear my reasoning, and listen to the pleadings of my lips.
Look at me and be appalled, then put your hand on your mouth.
And I have waited, but they do not speak, because they have stood still, they answered no more.
